Delivery, Warranty, Repairs and Returns

We ship anywhere in South Africa, whether it be a small town in the Northern Cape, or a large city like Johannesburg.

Delivery time is between 5 – 7 working days for areas that are not within Gauteng, and between 3 – 5 working days or sooner, if you are based within Gauteng.

All HIKVISION cameras and DVR/NVR’s come standard with a 3 Year factory warranty. Please keep the original boxes of the products and original power supply/ies, as this will be needed should the items need to be returned. (Without the box and/or power supply, we can not / will not honour the warranty)

All Samsung cameras and DVR/NVR’s come standard with a 2 year factory warranty. Please keep the original boxes of the products and original power supply/ies, as this will be needed should the items need to be returned. (Without the box and/or power supply, we can not / will not honour the warranty)

All ET cameras and DVR’s come standard with a 6 month factory warranty. Please keep the original boxes of the products and original power supply/ies, as this will be needed should the items need to be returned. (Without the box and/or power supply, we can not / will not honour the warranty)

Power supplies and cable do not carry a warranty period, unless due to factory fault at time of installation. Please supply us with pictures of the faulty unit, and send it back to us. We will either replace the faulty unit or refund the amount paid. This is at Easy CCTV’s discretion.

Should your purchase not be as advertised, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a refund at 100% of the value of  the product/order. Alternatively, for Warranty claims, please ship the faulty unit to us. Warranty claims will be processed as fast as possible, but can take up to 6 months should the product need to be sent to the country of manufacture. Once we receive the unit back, and we will ship the warranty repaired unit back to you.

Should a full refund be required, a full refund will be paid in to the clients bank account, minus any fee’s that were incurred for the transaction to take place by payment service providers.

We will not be held responsible for incorrect orders placed and payed for through the website. Should you need more information, please contact us directly, and we will be happy to help.

If you are scared about purchasing online with your credit card information, contact us directly, and we will send you an invoice with banking details attached for EFT purposes.
