Refunds

Our 14 day no hassle return applies to new, uninstalled products. If a faulty product deveops a fault inside 30 days we will replace the product. Outside 30 days, you will be offered a replacement product or an alternative up to the same value. If you would like to get a refund for goods that have not been installed, you have 14 working days after the order has been delivered to send all items received back to us in the original packaging. You will be liable for the costs incurred for this. All products returned to us will only be issued a full refund if it is received with its full, original packaging and falls within the outlined timeframe. After 14 days, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Faulty items within the kit will be repaired or replaced.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days of the returned goods received.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@easycctv.co.za.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
