The 4G/LTE pan-and-tilt fully-wireless camera kit

Most IMOU cameras need Wi-Fi. The IMOU Cell PT 4G Kit (KIT/IPC-K9EP-3T0TE-EU/FSP12-TYPEC) uses 4G/LTE mobile data instead. You insert a standard SIM card (we recommend MTN, Vodacom, or Telkom data SIM with adequate monthly allocation) and the camera connects directly to mobile network rather than your home Wi-Fi. The included solar panel keeps the battery topped up for indefinite operation.

The right call for genuinely remote positions: holiday homes far from Wi-Fi, smallholding entry gates beyond Wi-Fi range, agricultural positions on farms, and any “there is no Wi-Fi here and the property still needs camera coverage” scenario.

SIM card and data considerations

This camera needs an active 4G/LTE SIM card with data. Pricing varies by mobile network and the data volume you need. Active continuous live streaming uses substantial data; PIR-triggered recording with selective live view uses much less. We can advise on appropriate SIM and data plan options for your specific use case. Note that 4G coverage varies by location: confirm coverage at the install site before committing to this camera category.
