This is the IP-network equivalent of the popular DS-2AE4225TI-D Turbo HD camera. Same 25x zoom range, same weather-sealed housing class, same outdoor mounting profile. Where the AE4225 runs over coaxial Turbo HD cabling into a Hikvision DVR, this unit runs over ethernet into a Hikvision NVR. For new installations or properties moving from coax to IP, this is the version to install.

What this camera is actually good at

PTZ installation is specialist work

Mounting position selection, preset configuration, patrol pattern setup, alarm integration, and home-position calibration all matter.
