ANPR is a specialist install, not a standard one

Reading number plates reliably depends on getting the camera position, height, angle, and zoom level exactly right for the specific vehicle path. Wrong height and the camera reads the bonnet but not the plate. Wrong angle and the plates skew unreadably. Wrong zoom and the plate is too small or too large in the frame.
